- The chance-to-skill placements. If you think a section sits in the wrong spot on our front-page line, make the case — we will move it if you are right.
- Corrections. A rule, a draw format or an odds figure that has changed. Please name the article.
- The odds calculator. If a result looks wrong, send the exact draw format you entered.
Outside what we do
- Casino or lottery accounts. We are not an operator and have no access to anyone’s ticket, balance or payout. That has to go to the operator first, and to its regulator if the operator will not settle it.
- Winning numbers or systems. Numbers have no memory and we have no system.
- Money or legal questions. Nobody here holds a qualification to answer them.
